Straightness is Not a Means to an End, University Class

Thirty-one Lessons: Videos, Workbook, Text Lectures, & Discussions

This learning opportunity offers a behind-the-scenes view on what is necessary to build correct foundational movements on the way to “straightness”. We will encourage students to look at different perspectives, and observe the relationship between emotional, mental and physical principles and how they are ALL necessary for true straightness. We will evaluate the function of the 3 main junctions in the horse which are often overlooked and misunderstood - leading to incorrect and injury-prone movement. We will address the correct articulation of the spine and how good movement is an oscillation through the body. This is a detailed view and unique educational opportunity to put theory and practice together to upgrade your horsemanship.
